No leave of absence is granted except on a previous written application from a parent/guardian for plausible reasons only.
Leave application/notes for permission should be addressed to the Principal only and must give specific and not general reasons. The name, class, and section of the child must be clearly stated on top of the application.
Absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than three consecutive days may result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls. Re-admission may only be granted on payment of the fresh admission fee.
Attendance on the first and last working day of each term is compulsory. Absentees will be struck off the rolls. Re-admission may be granted only after payment of Rs. 275.
It is compulsory for all pupils to attend school on all Observation Days, i.e., Independence Day, Republic Day, Subhash Chandra Bose Jayanti, etc.
