  • Students of classes Preparatory to X should arrive at the school at 7:35 am for Day School and at 6:35 am for Morning School.
  • Students of the Nursery classes should arrive at 8:15 am during Day School and 7:15 am during Morning School. The school gates will be closed to students 5 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
  • A student who is not dressed neatly and tidily in the full school uniform and whose hair is unkempt, will not be permitted to sit in class. Boys are expected to keep their hair well-trimmed and girls, with hair below shoulder length, will keep their hair neatly tied.
  • The prescribed shade and pattern of the school uniform must be carefully adhered to. Any deviation will not be accepted. Strict measures will be taken against those who ignore the rules concerning the uniform. Students must wear games uniform on the stipulated days.
  • A student must not leave the school premises without the Principal’s permission.
  • Strict and implicit discipline is expected from every student at all times. Students are excepted to behave well and address their teachers and all members of the staff with due respect and politeness. They should show gentleness and courtesy to their companions.
  • No objectionable books, periodicals, pictures, newspapers or other reading matter shall be brought into the school.
  • A student should be responsible for the safe custody of their books and belongings. Unless specially requested, no pupil should carry a lot of money to school. They are not permitted to attend school wearing expensive jewellery. The school will not take any responsibility for the loss/theft of jewellery, cash or any other belongings.
  • Students are NOT ALLOWED to bring cell phones, Cameras, i-pads or Walkman’s to school. Henceforth, if any child is found to be carrying/using a Mobile Phone / i-Pods or Camera within the school premises/classroom, the same will be confiscated and only the sim card shall be returned. The handset will be returned as and when applicable. Apart from the above, the school reserves its right to suspend the student for such activities.
  • If any student damages/mishandles the school property or writes objectionable/vulgar language on the school walls/desks, strong disciplinary action will be taken against him/her besides recovery of the damages as suggested by the Management. Such activities on the part of the student(s) may lead to their expulsion from the school.
  • Each student must bring his diary daily and make proper entries of the work done in class after each period.
  • English must be spoken at all times on the premises.
  • Lending or borrowing money is strictly prohibited. The school authorities will not be responsible for the loss of money, books etc. Students are expected to look after their own belongings. Wearing jewellery to school is strictly prohibited.
  • No pupil will be allowed to appear in any of the Examinations unless all fees and dues are paid.
  • No student will manhandle another student. This is considered a serious offence. Any violation of this rule may result in expulsion of the offender from the school. Students are expected to exhibit exemplary behavior, inside and outside the school premises, worthy of children brought up in decent homes.
  • Students must lock their cycles/scooters and park them neatly in the parking area provided.
  • STUDENTS MUST COME TO SCHOOL IN PROPER SCHOOL UNIFORM ON PTA MEETS, ALL OBSERVATION DAYS AND FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.
  • ENROLLMENT IN THE SCHOOL IMPLIES WILLINGNESS TO COMPLY WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE SCHOOL ON THE PART OF THE PUPIL AND PARENTS.
  • Parents should not send any child to school, if he/she is unwell or suffering from any infectious aliments. The usual quarantine period must be followed. When such a pupil re-joins the classes, a doctor’s certificate of fitness must be produced.
  • Parents and guardians are requested to be punctual in collecting their children from the school. School authorities will not be responsible for the students left behind for more than half an hour after the closure of school.
  • Escorts must carry the I. D. card while collecting their ward. No child will be allowed to go home till the I. D. card is produced by the escort. Any change in the manner of going back home should be informed to the school. Each child returning home on her/his own must bring a letter from her/his parents.
  • No parent should approach a teacher for private tuition.
  • No parent can send a message or call any child over the phone.
  • Any student returning late for a term or after a vacation (except with a written permission obtained from the principal in advance) will be detained for extra hours of remedial work as assigned by the class teacher. Parents are advised to ensure the presence of their ward on the day of reopening of school after any vacation or break so that the child does not miss out the assessment/examination scheduled on that day.
  • Extra working days may be arranged on Saturdays with prior intimation to parents, in case of any unforeseen holiday (s) declared in a particular month.
